Eastern European Property Fund Limited (the "Company") is an authorised closed-ended investment company domiciled in Guernsey. The Company was established in 2006 to take advantage of opportunities that existed in the property markets of Turkey, Bulgaria and Romania.

The Company's investment objective and policy is to carry out an orderly realisation of its portfolio of assets, distribution of the net proceeds to Shareholders and then undertake a voluntary winding-up of the Company.
