Eastern European Property Fund Limited is an authorised closed-ended Guernsey registered company, established to take advantage of opportunities that exist in the property markets of Turkey, Romania and Bulgaria (the "Target Countries"). The Group's objective is to provide Shareholders with a high level of income and potential for significant capital growth.
The Group invests in a range of office, retail, industrial and residential properties in and around major urban centres in the Target Countries. The initial focus has been in office and retail property. Each investment has been made with a view to taking advantage of attractive yields, and where the Directors and Advisers believe investments have the potential for capital appreciation.
